The 12 censuses of 1825 are pathbreaking. They are the outgrowth of a researcher, Mr. Michel Laliberté-Colin, member (# 9773) of the Société généalogique canadienne-française de Montréal. Mr. Laliberté is native of Acton Vale in the Eastern Townships.
